A warm, age-appropriate space to explore feelings, build coping skills, and support connection.
Support through changing emotions, relationships, identity, and growing independence.
Room to work through stress, anxiety, loss, and life transitions while exploring what matters to you.
A space to explore parenting challenges, understand your child’s needs, and strengthen your relationship.
Support with communication, connection, and relationship challenges, with room for both partners’ perspectives.

MEET KIRA
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a relationship where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
My person-centred approach means taking the time to get to know you, including your experiences, strengths, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
Everyone’s needs for therapy are different, and I believe therapy should be tailored to you. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and supports to meet your needs. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
COUNSELLING, CENTRED ON YOU
You are more than a list of concerns. Our work begins with getting to know you, what feels difficult, and what you would like to be different.
Space for honest conversation, with your comfort, voice, and pace at the centre.
Curiosity about your experiences and the patterns you want to explore.
A collaborative direction shaped around your goals and everyday life.
