MEET KIRA

The relationship
comes first.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with a relationship where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

My person-centred approach means taking the time to get to know you, including your experiences, strengths, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Everyone’s needs for therapy are different, and I believe therapy should be tailored to you. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and supports to meet your needs. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you.

Understanding

Curiosity about your experiences and the patterns you want to explore.

Moving forward

A collaborative direction shaped around your goals and everyday life.
